Barbados' go to for commercial cleaning, supplies & property management

We were very impressed with the meticulous manner in which their staff members conducted their duties, who were also very cordial and professional. Interesting to note this service was facilitated after hours, and we were always informed of any maintenance issues encountered by the team the following day which enabled us to have them rectified speedily.

Being a student-centered institution with the aim of ensuring our environments are conducive to high levels of productivity, we took the decision to outsource one of our heavily utilized teaching facilities to Austin Trading Co. Ltd. To the team of Austin Trading Co. Ltd, it has been a pleasure working with you and we thank you for your exemplary service.

I was most impressed with the team of Austin Trading Co. Ltd during the ongoing road rehabilitation works to Highway 1 around December 2020. At this point, there were numerous water outages which severely impacted the ability of their team to facilitate the cleaning of the facility. Despite this unfortunate circumstance, they ensured where possible all means were exhausted to get the job done; even following up the next day to ensure the facility was fit for purpose.
